Secure Packaging: All Pops are carefully shipped in a custom double-wall corrugated box and bubble-wrapped.

Condition: Unless otherwise stated, all Pops are in excellent condition, rated between 8 to 9.5 out of 10.

Shipping Note: While we can’t control how the courier handles the package, we take great care in packing to minimize any potential damage.

PET Protector (Optional): Although we don’t include a PET 0.5mm protector by default, you can add one to your cart if you’d like extra protection for your item. 😊

We acknowledge that slight manufacturing variations can occur.

However, we are unable to replace items based on these minor variations, including minor paint flaws or figure positioning.

Blemishes to packaging will not be considered as part of a damaged figure.

PRODUCT PACKAGING

Our packaging is designed to protect the collectibles inside.

We intentionally do not seal our boxes for this reason.

We encourage you to take your Pop! figures and other products out of the boxes to enjoy them!

Even if you choose to keep your figures in the boxes, we do not replace packaging.
