• Condition: Unless otherwise stated, all Pops are in excellent condition, rated between 9 and 9.5 out of 10.

• Shipping Note: While we can’t control how the courier handles the package, we take great care in packing to minimize any potential damage.

• PET Protector (Optional): Although we don’t include a PET 0.5mm protector by default, you can add one to your cart if you’d like extra protection for your item. 😊

• We intentionally do not seal our boxes for this reason.

• We encourage you to take your Pop! figures and other products out of the boxes to enjoy them!

• Even if you choose to keep your figures in the boxes, we do not replace packaging.
